Through our SINGLE IMAGE Kactus Foto offers a wide selection of photographs of Chile. All our photographs are digitalized in various sizes, ready for publication and compatible with Mac and PC in recording format JPEG.
Once the order form is issued, you will receive the selected photographs(s) by Cd or Ftp in the size you need.
Fees
Our fees and conditions are economical and simple. With SINGLE IMAGE it is not necessary to negotiate a fee according to time, quantity and quality of use. Only inform us of the image size you need for your project, pay once and you can use the image when and as you wish.

Conditions
The purchase of the rights to use one of our images and the payment grants you a licence, without exclusivity and non transferable, to use the photograph. The image cannot be copied, rented, transferred or rights ceded to a third party.
You must take the necessary measures to prevent the photograph being copied or used by a third party.
The work which includes one or more of our images may only be used by you or your customer when he is the final user of the work.
The pornography, defamatory, discriminatory or illegal use of the photographs is forbidden. Our license allows you to use the Cd photographs acquired in all types of prints and packaging without concern for the material used.
The electronic use, digital including internet in a resolution not higher than 480 by 640 pixeles, is permitted when all measures to prevent any image being copied have been taken.
